Yes, you’re extracting the fiber by juicing but fiber isnt the only nutrient found in fruits and vegetables. What is left over is basically pulp from the veggies. People wouldnt juice in the first place if they werent still getting all the chemicals/vitamins from them. there are things to do with the pulp, like adding it to soups and cold salads or composting it.
